Who are we ?
A company dedicated to providing services to financial institutions and insurance companies
Since 2000, and thanks to our 200 employees based in France and Belgium, we offer a wide range of services to our clients: private banks, asset management companies, direct banks and online brokers, and insurance companies.
We do not operate any direct commercial activities, neither do we operate with end customers, nor do we carry out any activities for our own account. Our teams and platforms are fully dedicated to providing services and dedicated tools to our clients.

In order to provide our services in France, we are placed under the supervision of the Banque de France via l’Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) and the l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
In Belgium, we are also under the supervision of l’Autorité des Services et Marchés Financiers (FSMA).
